Michael Cheng is the CEO & Co-Founder of Lumen5, an AI video creation platform with over 400,000 users worldwide. Best known for his track record for bootstrapping successful companies, he grew Lumen5 into a multimillion dollar company within two years and expanded his team to 30 people without investor funding. Michael and his team recently won the New Ventures BC Competition, and was recognized as the fastest growing early-stage startup in BC. Prior to Lumen5, Michael co-founded Sniply which he also bootstrapped and took from ideation to acquisition.
